Watch Japanese TV

Does anyone know where I can watch NHK TV Cup games online? I know there a bunch on YouTube, but surely there must be a place where I could watch many more of those. I don't care if they have subtitles (Even though that would be a plus). The only way I know of is to download YoiTV app that has Japanese TV channels, including NHK Educational TV, which is the channel the NHK Cup is aired on. How do I view NHK World live and on demand on the TV? Do I need to buy an android TV box or buy a device to allow me to use chrome cast? Also, how's the quality of the videos on a big TV screen? Is it good? Are there any issues I should be aware of such as with the interface or the video and play buttons not fitting the TV screen well? I'm missing Japan so much and want to watch NHK programmes on a big TV screen and have something playing in the background when I'm doing other things in the house.
