Enjoy Japanese TV Dramas With YoiTV

I prefer dramas that are usually light (not too serious themes, absolutely hate having annoying characters whose sole purpose is to ruin the relationship between ML and FL, no cheating subplots either).

Currently watching Konin Todoke ni Han wo Oshita dake desu ga. Recently also seen kanojo wa kirei datta (i know this doesnt fit the theme but its one I saw recently and I enjoyed a lot. I havent seen many jdoramas at all so I cant give y'all a better list of things I've liked or not). By the way, the tool I used is YoiTV the free app.

Free Resources for Learning Japanese - YoiTV App

I'm making this post to hopefully provide some useful tips and resources for someone new to learning japanese and who's lost on where to start. I'll go with the order that worked for me, but there is no right or wrong way to learn Japanese, and if something works for you then do keep doing it. A lot of "sections" it helps to learn in parallel, so don't take this as a step-by-step guide, more of a reference. 1. Hiragana and Katakana The website tofugu.com is wonderful at teaching them, and this is definitely where I would start 2. Grammar The best way I know of is this: https://guidetojapanese.org/learn/complete/ It does have a learning curve to it (it uses pretty complex kanji and assumes you know kana pretty well already), but it explains the material very clearly. 3.
