FireTV app Isn't Working - Any Solutions/Who to Contact?

I recently subscribed JTV streaming app after my iSakura subscription ran out. It works great on pc/web but the Android app intended for FireTV won't accept my Login info. Is there any solution to this? I am annoyed I can't find a support contact point. I guess I'm just playing with fire by plunking down money for these shady services!


Finally my friend recommended me another JTV app called YoiTV.

YoiTV - the free app, offers the service for watching Japanese TV live. It was primarily for my wife's monolingual Japanese parents to watch when they come to visit us at home in California. Our Japanese is not good enough to comprehend Japanese programming without subtitles. Furthermore, my wife's parents are unlikely to return to the US given Covid pandemic. The Awesome App To Watch Japanese Stream

I'd like to find the best app to watch Japanese streams. It is similar to twitch. Why not just use Twitch? Although there are plenty of Japanese speaking streamers there, my twitch has bugs that don't allow me to even enter the app.  Afterwards, my friend recommended one free streaming app called YoiTV.
