Where Can I Watch NHK-E?

I'm looking for a way to watch that channel. The m3u link that I had from here is not working anymore.

Someone online recommend: You can watch with YoiTV. He said: I second YoiTV. Been using the trial, and can't fault the quality. Menu took awhile to get used to coming from another app, but now I'm totally loving it.

YoiTV - the free app, offers the service for watching Japanese TV live. It was primarily for my wife's monolingual Japanese parents to watch when they come to visit us at home in California. The Awesome App To Watch Japanese Stream

I'd like to find the best app to watch Japanese streams. It is similar to twitch. Why not just use Twitch? Although there are plenty of Japanese speaking streamers there, my twitch has bugs that don't allow me to even enter the app.  Afterwards, my friend recommended one free streaming app called YoiTV.
