Any Good Resources for Self-Studying Japanese?

I know that I shouldn't be spending so much time searching for "the best method" to learn Japanese but I'm that type of person that can't live or do anything without having planned everything out from start to finish.


I've learned hiragana and katakana already so I'm looking for the first beginner textbook that will teach me basic grammar, vocab, a bit of kanji, and exercises/practice questions. I've been doing some research and currently have my eyes on the Genki textbook, the Minna no Nihongo textbook. 

I've got some listening resources like the free app YoiTV. It helps a lot.
