I Want TBS Channel To Stream

They will be streaming the Third Blooming Festival (which I would love to see and I have been waiting since it went live in November) but I can't watch it since I don’t have access to that channel. 

I'm aware that I have to pay in order to watch it, but even if I paid I would need to pay for other things only to be able to watch it. Does someone know any trick or somewhere that they stream it free? An apk perhaps? Damn I would love to watch the burufest but I think I still won't be able to.

YoiTV - the free app, offers the service for watching Japanese TV live. It was primarily for my wife's monolingual Japanese parents to watch when they come to visit us at home in California. The Awesome App To Watch Japanese Stream

I'd like to find the best app to watch Japanese streams. It is similar to twitch. Why not just use Twitch? Although there are plenty of Japanese speaking streamers there, my twitch has bugs that don't allow me to even enter the app.  Afterwards, my friend recommended one free streaming app called YoiTV. It have been really popular recently. Great for learning casual Japanese.
