Watch Anime In Japanese and In English

I'm looking for a way to watch anime with both Japanese and English subtitles displaying at the same time. Well, I say English but since I'm a french speaker, Jap/french would be way better. 

I tried Netflix but I had to use a VPN to connect to Japan and it's super slow. Amazon prime can only display one subtitle at a time. 

Afterwards, I tried another app called YoiTV to watch anime, not perfect for both subtitles but really good for watching anime.
