Can I watch NHK Ohtani Cam from US?

I asked this question last year but back then things were shutting down, what about this year? Or is there a way to watch the NHK stream from here?


I wouldn't mind paying for it to be honest, if I can find a way to subscribe to it!

YoiTV - the free app, offers the service for watching Japanese TV live. It was primarily for my wife's monolingual Japanese parents to watch when they come to visit us at home in California. The Awesome App To Watch Japanese Stream

I'd like to find the best app to watch Japanese streams. It is similar to twitch. Why not just use Twitch? Although there are plenty of Japanese speaking streamers there, my twitch has bugs that don't allow me to even enter the app.  Afterwards, my friend recommended one free streaming app called YoiTV. It have been really popular recently. Great for learning casual Japanese.
