Watch Japanese TV

I've recently wanted to start watching sumo again, but I grew up watching it in Japan with their broadcast and commentary style. I'm now in the US and looking for a way to watch it with Japanese commentary. I've tried watching the NHK World "Grand Sumo" videos but it's not working out for me (the commentary and surrounding graphics, as well as the music, aren't to my taste). Any online rabbit hole I've explored also inevitably leads me back to NHK World. I can't stand it any longer. I'm just looking for a way to watch the matches for the upcoming Haru Basho with the Japanese commentary that is aired and used in Japan (preferably w/o subtitles). Has anyone found a cheaper solution to get TV Japan without cable TV service? This is for my parents, and they’re not really clear on the programming that they want. I think they just turn it on and watch whatever is on.
