Watch Japanese TV

I've had one streaming app for Japanese  TV for 3 years now and have been generally happy with it, apart from the fact that It has lost a few channels. What are the big contenders for jtv streaming now? Are there other options that have more channels or that are less be expensive? Someone online recommended YoiTV. I've discovered one pace, a website who offers a cut version of the One Piece anime, without lengthy scenes and redundant flashbacks. Is there something similar for Bleach ?
