My wife is Japanese and the YoiTV watcher in the house. I was baffled as to why I didn't have the same issue on the other Fire Stick after I installed it.  The support responded. Turns out my wife was watching the TV via enabling VPN in the router so that she met the buffering issue. Actually the support said, YoiTV doesn't need any VPN outside Japan.
