Watch Japanese TV

I like anime and dramas and movies, but my favorite content when learning a language is comedy. When I was learning Korean, I found some great ones. Knowing bros- a regular group of hosts (comedians, singers, athletes) have on a different celebrity guest each week. They answer trivia questions about them, make fun of them, and do skits together. Love Naggers- a group of hosts (actors, comics, etc) read stories sent in by regular people about their love lives. They joke about it, re-enact the stories, and then offer advice. I am learning Japanese now. I hope to know somewhere I can watch Japanese shows like this. I've heard Japan has similar stuff, by the way, I used YoiTV as a free streaming app. If you have some new apps for this, you can also let me know.  PS: Probably I will get into this. 落語　(Rakugo) is not necessarily related to television and more attune with theatre, but it is a comedy performance when it comes to Japanese culture and lifestyle.

I have been trying to get tips on self studying Japanese. I used to take classes, but not anymore and I am stuck at the intermediate plateau. I already passed the JLPT N2, so I don’t have trouble holding basic everyday conversations, but I have trouble reading and watching Japanese media, especially the news. Luckily I have social media account and saw one post regarding to one free app called YoiTV. I tried to download and activate it via searching on YouTube videos. I am currently at about N4 level. I’d like to watch some Japanese shows to practice my listening. I have been trying to find a channel or something where I can watch stuff that people watch in Japan. For example, NHK or something like that. Today, I got YoiTV which is on YouTube videos. It works now on my computer. Like the Sopranos/breaking bad/big little lies etc. of japan. I'm a long time fan of Japanese films and anime but I just realized today that I wasn't aware of any really high quality live action TV. This was surprisingly hard to look up  So I thought I'd see if anyone here knew! Meanwhile, I searched the web online and finally it came out - YoiTV. 1080P in picture quality is what I really need. I just finished reading 明日の食卓 and it looks like they made it into a movie! I would also like to read ミッドナイトスワン and then watch the movie but I don't know where to view. I really hope to know where I could watch modern Japanese movies.  My friend recommended the app YoiTV. Currently it is a free one.  I’ve been wracking my brain over this dilemma for the last few weeks. Christmas is just around the corner, and I really want to get my Japanese immigrant mother a streaming service so that she can watch all the Japanese channels on our TV.  We don’t have cable, so I’m not able to add a channel or anything. She’s native, so it doesn’t need to have subtitles. I don’t care if I have to pay, but I can’t find anything like that available in the US and it’s driving me mad.  Right now she just kinda pirates individual shows from the internet but she goes to these sketchy sites and I’m worried she’s gonna get a virus or something.  Finally I got one app called YoiTV, which now is working well on my big TV via the firestick. I'm trying to find channels for my elderly Japanese mother to watch, ones that have comedy shows to make her laugh. I do not know whether there are some channels that show only comedy/variety shows or not. Looking to start learning about the Japanese language I collected many recommendations online due to accepting all leads and opinions. I recommend learning Hiragana and Katakana first if you haven't already as it is quite necessary, and can be quite satisfying to read, in my opinion. For immersion I like to listen to Japanese music on YouTube and try to pick out things that I recognize. I watched a lot of Japanese live streams. By the way, you can try to get YoiTV online or from youtube guide videos. It offers lots of TV channels' streaming, helpful for your listening. It looks like it's gonna be a rainy weekend here so I am gonna try catching up on some dramas I was watching. Will watch: Unnatural and Watashi Teiji de Kaerimasu.  I used Netflix before. It is nice for me. But I have to say there are the limited dramas. I must wait for long time for the new ongoing dramas. Several days ago, my friend referred a free app called YoiTV. When I decided to go broad for studying and I knew I would face some changeling. I will study English and work hard on my major. I think it'd be a good way to learn while also being entertained. I'm still a beginner but I think immersing myself in the language will help me a lot!  I couldn't find any myself for a long time. It was last week that I got a free resource to watch Japanese TV. At least it allows me to try it for 30 days. Its name is YoiTV.  My final decision was YoiTV!
