Best Streaming Solution For Japanese Kids Outside Japan

I lived in another country with my wife and my kids. I would like to know what is the best solution to stream kid content.

I'm looking at the ForJoyTV for now as it looks like it can be run on Android TV box (I want my kids to be able to use the device without me if possible). 

Is YoiTY do the same? I've heard about the Amazon Fire Stick too... but at the end, I'm a bit confused about all of this. Thx to enlighten me guys!
