Watch Japanese TV Channels In Real Time

I would like to watch Japanese TV in the USA, but I don't know how I would be able to do so. I have checked the satellite companies, but they only seem to offer NHK or news stations and not vary many variety or talk shows. 

I have been using other TV services, but the quality is very poor and it cuts out occasionally. Sometimes, I can find a torrent of a show, so I have been seeking them out, but not every episode has one and I have to pre-download them to see them.

I really need a service that I would be able to use or subscribe to that I could watch Japanese TV channels in real time. 

I ended up find the free app YoiTV. It airs Japanese TV live streaming with 1080P in picture quality. Moreover, I can get 30 days playback.
