How Do I Watch NHK Live & On Demand On My TV Screen

How do I view NHK World live and on demand on the TV? Do I need to buy an android TV box or buy a device to allow me to use chrome cast?

Also, how's the quality of the videos on a big TV screen? Is it good?

Are there any issues I should be aware of such as with the interface or the video and play buttons not fitting the TV screen well?

I'm missing Japan so much and want to watch NHK programmes on a big TV screen and have something playing in the background when I'm doing other things in the house.

My friends in the USA told me one free app called YoiTV, which streams Japanese TV channel live for more than 80 channels with HD picture quality.
