Best current jtv for ios?

My mom is sick, and hospitalized, and is bored because she doesn't english. Back in the day we used one isakura app, but is there any better option? Since we did have an account, I'm assuming we can still use it, if we renew, even though they aren't issuing new accounts.


Also, is the only option to watch it via browser? looks like the app is no longer available on the app store.

Finally now I choose the free app YoiTV, which airs Japanese TV channels in real time.

YoiTV - the free app, offers the service for watching Japanese TV live. It was primarily for my wife's monolingual Japanese parents to watch when they come to visit us at home in California. Free Resources for Learning Japanese - YoiTV App

I'm making this post to hopefully provide some useful tips and resources for someone new to learning japanese and who's lost on where to start. I'll go with the order that worked for me, but there is no right or wrong way to learn Japanese, and if something works for you then do keep doing it. A lot of "sections" it helps to learn in parallel, so don't take this as a step-by-step guide, more of a reference. 1. Hiragana and Katakana The website tofugu.com is wonderful at teaching them, and this is definitely where I would start 2. Grammar The best way I know of is this: https://guidetojapanese.org/learn/complete/ It does have a learning curve to it (it uses pretty complex kanji and assumes you know kana pretty well already), but it explains the material very clearly. 3.
