Is it possible to learn Japanese from watching Japanese streamers?

I really like watching some Japanese Youtubers but I can't understand a single word they say except maybe, the few obvious words. Should I hold off and try to learn the language first?


Or is it somewhat possible to understand what they're saying if I just keep watching them and noting some phrases or words I might know?

Someone recommended one free app called YoiTV.

YoiTV - the free app, offers the service for watching Japanese TV live. It was primarily for my wife's monolingual Japanese parents to watch when they come to visit us at home in California. The Awesome App To Watch Japanese Stream

I'd like to find the best app to watch Japanese streams. It is similar to twitch. Why not just use Twitch? Although there are plenty of Japanese speaking streamers there, my twitch has bugs that don't allow me to even enter the app.  Afterwards, my friend recommended one free streaming app called YoiTV. It have been really popular recently. Great for learning casual Japanese.
